Method to Prepare Capsicum Rice:
1. Cook a rice and keep a side.
2. Keep a pan on Stove and Switch On.
3. Heat the pan and pour some cooking oil
4. Add dry spices as Jeera, Cardamon, Cloves, Cinnamon and Bay Leaf. Saute until it gets sizzle
5. Cut onion into small pieces, and also add onion into it.
5. Then add 1 chill and then ginger garlic paste to it.
6. Keep it on until the raw smell goes off.
7. Finally add capsicum and peas to it and fry for some time.
8. For taste add little bit salt , Chili powder, Masala Powder, Chopped Coriender and Mint to the fried items.
9. Just sprinkle 2 tsp of water and cook in low flame until the aroma of capsicum and masala smell comes out.
10. Add rice to it mixture.
11. Serve it to your family. Enjoy the weekend with healthy dish.

- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Green Chille Based on Taste
- 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Cup of Green peas
- 2 cups of Capsicum
- Little Amount of Coriander and Mint Leaves
- 1/2 tsp of garam masala
- 1/2 Chilli Powder
- Pinch of Turmeric Powder
- Little Water
- Salt Finally
- Lemon juice little bit (Needed)
